On a personal note...
I love to sail.
For our 10th anniversary, my husband and I sailed a 35 foot Beneteau from Bellingham WA to Victoria BC, and back. We both sailed competitively in our 20s.

I have lived in all 4 corners of the nation, as well as its heartland: New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, Portland, OR, and now Roanoke, Virginia.
I dance.
I am a classically trained ballet dancer.
I hike.
Ask me about the view from McAfee's Knob!
I love puzzles.
But most of all, I love spending time with my family: my husband David and our son Daniel.

My Approach

Build it

My role is to create an environment in which people travel from dysfunction to function, from fear to trust, and from frustration and resignation to possibility and creativity. Teams win when they are swift, thoughtful, strategic, nimble, and honest.

Dream it

In every engagement with clients, I aim to foster climates of creativity, equipping people to listen, ask tough questions, and uncover what remains locked inside both the imagination and the heart of others.

HOW CAN I HELP?

I have spent most of my 25-year career leading organizations, and I bring that perspective to every engagement. Whether your company is:
• Developing a succession plan,
• Merging business segments,
• Rapidly scaling
• Transforming your enterprise to effectively meet new market challenges, success is found when high trust and high performance meet.

4 words capture what I am passionate about:

Creativity, Innovation, Diversity, and Strategy.
